About the Opportunity
We’re seeking a Staff Brand Designer to play a key role in shaping and scaling Revizto’s visual identity. This is a rare opportunity to build foundational design systems, influence brand strategy, and execute high-impact creative work that defines how the world sees us. This role is fully remote and should be based in UK, France, Switzerland, Spain, or Germany (applications from other countries won't be considered).
This role is ideal for a seasoned designer with a sharp eye for detail, strong art direction instincts, and the ability to guide and execute projects from concept to delivery. You'll work closely with the Senior Director of Brand & Content Marketing to make our brand evolve, establish scalable guidelines, and ensure creative excellence across every brand touchpoint.

Where You Will Make a Difference
- Lead brand design execution for key initiatives from product launches to campaigns, events, and digital experiences.
- Own the development of our brand guidelines and visual systems, ensuring consistency and scalability.
- Provide art direction and mentorship for junior designers, helping elevate overall team quality.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and Executive stakeholders to align design strategy with business goals.
- Drive end-to-end creative processes from ideation, concepting, and prototyping to final execution.
- Review and refine creative deliverables, providing clear feedback grounded in brand strategy and design principles.
- Play a key role in embedding the new brand into the culture and workflows of the broader organization.
Who You Are
- 7-10 years of experience in brand, visual, or communication design with a strong portfolio of work that spans digital and print. Motion and pitch design are bonuses.
- Proven ability to develop and evolve visual identity systems, not just apply them.
- Deep understanding of typography, layout, color, and composition, with a pixel-perfect attention to detail.
- Strong sense of art direction and the ability to scale a brand across diverse channels.
- Excellent communicator; able to explain design rationale and influence at all levels.
- Comfortable operating autonomously while contributing to a collaborative team.
- Experience working cross-culturally in international environment.
- Professional level of English mandatory.
- Experience operating with Digital Asset Management systems, including template creation.
- Experience working in B2B tech or SaaS, especially in complex industries like AEC a strong plus.
