Position: Social Creative Lead (TikTok & LinkedIn)

Overview
We’re hiring a Social Creative Lead to shape the online voice of a bold, creative agency and its founder—especially across TikTok and LinkedIn. This role is ideal for someone who understands what stops scrolls and starts real conversations, and who knows how to make brands feel relevant in real-time.
This person won’t just create content—they’ll help evolve the brand's voice and build an audience that’s deeply engaged. If you have a sharp creative POV, move quickly without sacrificing taste, and understand what it means to build a brand in public, this role is for you.
What You’ll Do
- Lead daily content ideation and creation for both the agency and its founder
- Focus primarily on TikTok and LinkedIn, with secondary attention to Instagram and YouTube
- Create timely, trend-driven content (memes, cultural moments, industry news)
- Develop and execute planned content drops (campaigns, series, creative stunts)
- Collaborate with the Head of Marketing and Head of Post Production to brief and develop visual assets
- Own publishing and ensure all content is bold, creative, and on-brand
- Monitor culture and competitors to identify opportunities and inform pivots
- Occasionally engage directly with audiences or guide brand interactions
- Partner with the Project Manager to manage publishing schedules and content calendars
Expectations
- You’ll become the most fluent person in the agency's and founder’s online voice (besides the Head of Marketing)
- You're expected to drive platform growth, especially on TikTok and LinkedIn
- You move fast, stay relevant, and never post "safe" content
- You're both a doer and a thinker: building the brand while making great content
Must-Haves (Non-Negotiable)
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience running social content for brands or public-facing individuals (not just personal accounts)
- U.S.-centric content experience
- Strong written and spoken English—especially for captions, trends, and engaging commentary
- Ability to ideate, produce, and publish content independently
- Portfolio or live links showing growth and creative execution on TikTok and LinkedIn
- Comfortable working full-time EST or PST hours
- Experience working with creative agencies, bold brands, or startups
Nice-to-Haves
- Background in advertising, creative direction, or design
- Experience building a founder or executive’s public voice
- Experience collaborating cross-functionally with strategy, creative, and marketing teams
