Tasks

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Creating, curating, and scheduling engaging content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.

  • Leading social strategy to grow brand awareness, engagement, and organic reach.

  • Supporting / mentoring your team in optimizing brand awareness and their own personal development

  • Capturing the voice and mission of the brand through visual storytelling, reels, captions, and community interaction.

  • Monitoring analytics to optimize content performance and refine strategy.

  • Collaborating with a visionary team to share meaningful content that inspires transformation worldwide.

Requirements

Who You Are

  • Highly motivated, creative, and strategic in your approach to social media.

  • Strong in visual design, copywriting, and digital storytelling.

  • Skilled in engaging and growing online communities.

  • Passionate about personal development and conscious communication.

  • Organized, self-led, and able to manage multiple platforms and content calendars.

  • Open to training, feedback, and collaboration in a remote work environment.
