We are looking for a creative and strategic Senior Visual Designer with 8-10 years of experience to lead and execute high-impact visual design projects. The ideal candidate is an expert in brand storytelling, digital and print design, and has a strong eye for layout design, aesthetics, typography, and user experience.

What You Will Do

• Conceptualize and design brand assets, marketing materials, social media content, and presentations.
• Follow and maintain brand identity guidelines to ensure consistency across all platforms.
• Create engaging visual content for digital campaigns, websites, email marketing, and advertising.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and content teams to bring creative ideas to life.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.
• Oversee design editing, retouching, and asset optimization for various platforms.
• Provide art direction for campaigns, including video, motion graphics, and print production.
• Stay updated with design trends, tools, and best practices to innovate and enhance visual communication.

Your Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities

• 8-10 years of experience in visual communications, graphic design, branding, and digital media.
• Strong portfolio showcasing branding, digital, and layout design work.
• Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, XD/Figma).
• Expert proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint to support visual storytelling
• Experience designing for web, mobile, social media, and print.
• Strong understanding of typography, composition, and color theory.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and presenting ideas to stakeholders.
• Ability to balance creativity with strategic thinking in visual storytelling.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
