Position Summary

Hotel Equities is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Marketing Manager to join our growing team and lead strategic marketing initiatives for our key braded hospitality accounts. This role will be instrumental in driving revenue growth, strengthening client relationships, and solidifying our position as a leader in the hospitality management sector. The Senior Marketing Manager, Strategic Accounts reports to: VP, Marketing, Strategic Accounts

Core Responsibilities

  • Strategic Account Management: Develop and execute strategic marketing plans for a portfolio of key hospitality accounts, focusing on maximizing revenue and client retention
  • Marketing Campaign Development: Lead the development and implementation of integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital marketing, social media, email marketing, content marketing, and events.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholders, understanding their business objectives and tailoring marketing strategies to meet their specific needs. Serve as the primary point of contact for all marketing-related inquiries.
  • Performance Analysis and Reporting: Track and analyze key marketing metrics, providing regular reports on campaign performance, ROI, and client engagement. Identify areas for optimization and make data-driven recommendations to improve results.
  • Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research to stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging opportunities. Leverage insights to inform marketing strategies and identify new avenues for growth.
  • Collaboration and Teamwork: Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including revenue & distribution, sales, and operations to ensure alignment and maximize impact.
  • Budget Management: Manage marketing budgets effectively, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and maximizing return on investment.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on B2B and strategic account management.
  • Proven track record of success in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns for large, complex organizations, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and tactics, including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, and content marketing.
  • Excellent client relationship management skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence key stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience with PMS and CRM software (e.g., Opera, Salesforce), preferred
  • Experience in the hospitality management industry preferred
