We’re Playbookz — a LinkedIn ghostwriting company that works with CEOs to help them show up consistently and strategically on LinkedIn. Our clients trust us to turn ideas into powerful content. Now, we’re looking for someone who can help us make that content visual.

This role is all about creating simple infographics, carousels, and visualizations for LinkedIn posts.

Note: We're a US-based company, so you must be fluent and comfortable in English (written & verbal). You must also be comfortable working in US time zones.

WHAT THE ROLE IS

  • Design clean, impactful visuals — carousels, quote cards, infographics, and more for LinkedIn
  • Support multiple clients — light volume per client, but quite a few accounts overall
  • Think visually, not just execute — read LinkedIn posts and come up with ideas that bring them to life
  • Build scalable systems — create templates and components we can reuse across clients

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

  • 3-10 years graphic design experience
  • Strong design taste — you know what looks good and care about getting it right -Visual storytelling skills — you can read a post, understand the message, and translate it into a compelling graphic
  • Flexible style — you’re comfortable designing across different industries and tones
  • Fast and reliable — you move quickly and consistently hit deadlines without rushing the work
  • High personal standards — you take pride in your craft and always aim to deliver your best
  • Fluent in English — you can read with nuance and communicate clearly with the team
  • Skilled in Figma and/or Canva Pro — you’re confident and efficient in at least one
  • Kind and easy to collaborate with — no ego, just good energy
  • Comfortable with AI tools — you use them to speed up workflows, not cut corners
  • Some U.S. time zone overlap — especially mornings, for smoother collaboration
