Job Title: YouTube Marketer / Podcast Producer

Summary:
The YouTube Marketer and Podcast Producer leads the creation, optimization, and distribution of content across YouTube, podcast platforms, and social media. This dual-role blends strategic marketing with hands-on production, driving audience growth and engagement through polished execution and data-backed decisions. The role requires strong project management, editorial instincts, and fluency in digital tools.
Core Responsibilities:
- Own the podcast guest pipeline—identify, outreach, schedule, and manage communication
- Oversee pre- and post-interview logistics to ensure a seamless experience
- Coordinate with video editors to deliver high-quality, on-time episodes
- Lead YouTube strategy: optimize for SEO, thumbnails, titles, and watch time
- Run organic and paid social campaigns to boost distribution and engagement
- Create visual assets using Canva or Photoshop for branded, cross-channel use
- Write and send weekly newsletters to engage subscribers and customers
- Publish blog content on WordPress to support discoverability and SEO
- Monitor and respond to audience comments across video and podcast channels
- Manage workflows and guest data in HubSpot; report on performance metrics
- Develop how-to content, onboarding videos, and feature documentation for SaaS tools
Qualifications:
- 2–3 years in podcast production, content marketing, or digital media
- Strong writing and storytelling skills across formats
- Proficient in Canva, Photoshop, HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, WordPress, and podcast platforms (BuzzSprout, Apple, Spotify)
- Experienced with YouTube analytics, SEO, and platform-specific best practices
- Track record of running paid and organic campaigns with measurable results
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
- Comfortable balancing multiple projects in a remote, fast-paced environment
- Collaborative, self-directed, and eager to iterate on performance
Work Hours:
Must be available during U.S. Eastern Time Zone business hours, with flexibility for interviews, publishing, and live promotion.
