Role Overview

We're seeking a versatile Visual Designer to create compelling visual content internally and across our marketing channels. The ideal candidate will combine strong design fundamentals with an understanding of emerging AI tools and technologies to help us visually communicate the fun, trusted nature of WeMod's platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Create visually engaging assets for multiple channels including decks, social media, product marketing materials, Discord, and email campaigns
• Maintain consistent brand identity while adapting designs for different platforms and audiences
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to translate business objectives into effective visual solutions
• Design and produce both static and animated content that drives engagement
• Create engaging animations and GIFs for social media and marketing materials
• Ensure all visual elements align with WeMod's brand principles and community-first approach
• Stay current with design trends and technology that can enhance our visual storytelling

Who You Are

• A creative visual storyteller with 3+ years of experience in visual design
• Advanced proficiency in Figma and experience with animation tools
• Experienced in creating cohesive design systems and marketing materials across platforms
• Strong understanding of current design trends and best practices for digital platforms
• Experience with or strong interest in AI design tools and their applications
• Strong eye for typography, color, and composition
• Ability to work independently while maintaining brand consistency
• Excellent English communication skills
• Reliable internet connection

Bonus Points

• Experience in tech or gaming industry design
• Proven background in motion design/animation (GIFs, simple animations)
• Experience designing for community platforms (Discord, social media)
• Understanding of what makes content shareable within gaming communities
• Background in brand identity development or refinement
