Elevate a global beauty brand’s retail experience! As a key member of the team, you will visually transform their service and selling model, creating an engaging and informative experience for customers and sales associates alike. This exciting opportunity allows you to merge design aesthetics from multiple established brands, creating a cohesive and impactful visual identity for the new service and selling model. Your work will empower sales teams and enhance the customer experience, breathing new life into the in-store journey.

Responsibilities

  • Develop a visually compelling presentation deck and accompanying infographics that effectively communicate the new retail service and selling model.
  • Design an eye-catching logo that aligns with existing brand standards while incorporating elements from multiple sub-brands.
  • Ensure all created materials are saved in image formats compatible with PowerPoint for easy team editing and integration.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless integration of the new visual assets into existing retail materials.

Must-Have Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of experience in graphic and package design.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven ability to merge diverse brand aesthetics into a cohesive visual identity.
  • Proficiency in creating visually engaging presentations and infographics.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $27.04 to $30.05 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
