Visual Designer

We are an independent, international house of innovative creativity, based in Istanbul, London, Almaty, and Baku.

We work with clients including Migros Sanal Market, Migros Hemen, VISA, Beko, Pladis - Ülker, McVitie’s, Coca-Cola İçecek, Defacto, Logitech, Dardanel, TAV Airports, La Lorraine Bakery, Donut Worry Be Happy, Tencel, Krispy Kreme, Costa Coffee, Hardee's, Lassa and Tyres Life.

We create clutter-breaking content and end-to-end brand experiences across every touchpoint of the consumer journey.

We are looking for a Visual Designer who will: 

• Create and adapt designs for online and offline touchpoints.
• Collaborate within the design team and with account teams.
• Maintain brand consistency across different platforms and media
• Support campaign development with strong visual storytelling
• Stay updated with design trends, AI-powered design tools, and industry best practices
• Use AI-driven tools to generate ideas, automate repetitive tasks, and enhance design.

Let's meet if you have:

• 3+ years of experience in an advertising or creative agency.
• Strong design execution skills, with attention to typography, layout, and composition.
• A portfolio showcasing experience with visuals for online and offline touchpoints. 
• Ability to interpret creative briefs and translate them into visually appealing brand designs.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); motion design skills (After Effects, Premiere Pro) are a big plus
• Experience with AI-enhanced design tools
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple projects under tight deadlines
• Strong written and spoken English skills.
