About The Role

We are looking for a creative and skilled Visual Content Designer to join our content team. This role focuses on developing engaging visual assets that enhance and complement written content. You will work closely with writers and strategists to create impactful visuals that effectively communicate key messages across digital and print platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the content team to produce visual assets aligned with editorial and marketing goals.
• Design graphics, infographics, illustrations, animations, and other creative elements.
• Create optimized visuals for websites, blogs, social media, emails, presentations, and other channels.
• Develop and maintain visual identities to ensure brand consistency.
• Design templates and visual systems for use across teams.
• Edit and optimize visuals for improved digital performance.
• Provide creative input during content planning and brainstorming sessions.

Required Skills

• Experience in graphic design, illustration, and animation.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and other design tools.
• Strong understanding of visual storytelling and branding consistency.
• Ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
• High attention to detail and a passion for impactful design.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with motion graphics or video editing.
• Familiarity with design systems and content marketing.
