About The Role

As a video editor / motion designer at Sieve, you will work with the product and marketing teams to create compelling visual narratives that engage our target audiences. You will work with engineering for implementation across desktop, mobile, and web surfaces and contribute to the art direction for various facets of our company.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in graphic design, motion design, web design and video production/editing skills
  • A portfolio showcasing previous work
  • Schedule and availability to start within a week
  • You have experience working with visual design systems across many digital and social brand aspects
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including After Effects, and Premier Pro. Able to animate SVGs and translating them into web ready assets is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of design principles, visual storytelling, timing, and composition.
  • Experience using generative AI tools for image, video and asset generation

Nice-to-haves:

  • Experience in making lightweight SVG animations
  • First-hand experience in creative tools like Spline, LottieFiles, Jitter, Rive, etc
  • Experience with implementation libraries like React Motion, GSAP etc
