We’re Luna Books — a startup that makes beautifully illustrated, personalized books for the people you love most. In our first year, we crossed 7 figures in revenue. Now we’re building a world-class creative team to push into 8 figures.

We're hiring a Video Editor / Designer to join our creative team and craft high-performing ad creatives for Meta (Facebook + Instagram). You’ll work directly with our Creative Strategist to ideate, test, and iterate fast.

💻 What You’ll Do

  • Edit UGC-style videos for Meta ads: cutting hooks, adjusting pacing, adding overlays, captions, and transitions
  • Design static ads and graphics that are clean, compelling, and on-brand
  • Repurpose raw iPhone-style footage into ads that convert
  • Use AI tools (Arcads, Elevenlabs, ChatGPT, etc.) to generate visuals, test ideas, and boost output
  • Collaborate with our strategist to analyze performance data (CTR, Hook Rate, Retention) and improve future creatives
  • Join brainstorms and pitch new ad concepts
  • Move fast — we test often and iterate quickly

✅ You’re a Great Fit If You...

  • Have 3+ years experience editing and designing for digital ads for a DTC brand or agency
  • Are fluent in the relevant Adobe Suite
  • Know how to cut and polish UGC into scroll-stopping ads
  • Experience using AI tools (Arcads, Elevenlabs, ChatGPT, etc.) to generate visuals, test ideas, and boost output
  • Have strong English communication skills (C1+)
  • Understand the difference between content that looks good and content that performs
  • Have an eye for great hooks, emotional storytelling, and short-form ad copy
  • Are creative, fast-moving, and obsessed with learning what works
  • Are a decent, fun person we’d actually want to grab a beer (or coffee) with

💵 Compensation & Perks

  • $1.5K–$1.8K/month (USD) based on experience
  • Health bonus – small monthly stipend for gym, wellness, or medical
  • Office bonus – ~$50/month for workspace upgrades
  • Flexible hours, fully remote (LATAM only)
