On a given day you will lead and execute digital campaigns which deliver high levels of customer interaction. You will develop brand strategies that enhance customer awareness, positioning, and recognition in the healthcare technology space. Your exceptional communication skills and keen ability to effectively reach a variety of audiences will be instrumental in driving our brand strategy and digital marketing initiatives to ensure our continued growth and success. It is vital that you are able to collaborate with a diverse group of business partners (internal and external) and juggle multiple tasks in a dynamic, fast paced environment.

Requirements
Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the digital marketing and brand strategy:
- Create and implement a comprehensive digital marketing and brand strategy that aligns with the overall business objectives. This includes overseeing digital marketing campaigns, website optimization, SEO, SEM, social media, content marketing, email marketing, and other digital channels
- Lead and shape the brand:
- Develop and execute brand strategies to enhance brand awareness, positioning, and recognition in the healthcare technology space. This includes developing brand guidelines, managing brand messaging, and ensuring consistent brand representation across all marketing touchpoints.
- Provide strategic leadership:
- Serve as a strategic leader and advisor to the executive team, providing insights and recommendations on marketing strategies, market trends, and emerging technologies. Collaborate with other leaders to align marketing efforts with overall business goals.
- Lead a team:
- Manage and mentor a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance, support, and ongoing development to ensure the team's success. Foster a collaborative and high-performing team culture.
- Drive customer acquisition and retention:
- Develop and execute customer acquisition and retention strategies to support the company's growth objectives. Identify target customer segments, develop targeted marketing campaigns, and implement effective customer retention programs.
- Measure and analyze performance:
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and regularly track and analyze marketing campaign performance. Provide insights and recommendations to optimize marketing efforts, improve ROI, and drive continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams:
- Work closely with product marketing, sales, development, and customer success teams to align marketing strategies with business goals. Collaborate on product launches, sales enablement, and customer engagement initiatives.
- Foster industry partnerships and collaborations:
- Build and nurture relationships with key industry stakeholders, including healthcare organizations, industry influencers, and strategic partners. Identify opportunities for collaboration and partnership to enhance the company's brand presence and market position.
- Complete other duties as assigned

Education And Experience
- Skills and Qualifications
- BA/BS degree in Communications or Marketing, MBA or equivalent.
- Proven executive-level experience:
- Minimum of 12-15 years of experience in digital marketing and brand management, with a track record of success in driving brand growth and leading marketing teams. Marketing SaaS solutions to healthcare plans or providers is highly desirable. Experience at the Vice President level or equivalent is preferred.
- Strategic leadership:
- Strong strategic thinking and the ability to develop and execute marketing strategies that align with business goals and drive brand growth. Proven experience in providing strategic guidance and insights to the executive team.
- Digital marketing expertise:
- Extensive knowledge of digital marketing channels and tactics, including SEO, SEM, social media, content marketing, email marketing, and website optimization. Familiarity with marketing automation tools and marketing analytics platforms
- Brand management:
- Deep understanding of brand management principles and experience in developing and executing successful brand strategies. Ability to maintain brand consistency and integrity across all marketing touchpoints.
- Strong business acumen:
- A deep understanding of the healthcare technology industry, market trends, and competitive landscape. Ability to translate industry knowledge into effective marketing strategies.
- Data-driven mindset:
- Proficiency in data analysis and the ability to derive actionable insights from marketing data. Experience in setting KPIs and measuring marketing campaign performance.
- Excellent communication and collaboration:
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams, influence stakeholders, and build strong relationships.

Salary Description
$190,000 - $230,000 Salary Range
