We’re looking for a creative and detail-oriented UX/UI Designer to join a fast-paced product team. This role requires someone who can take a human-centered design approach to build intuitive and delightful user experiences. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring digital products to life—from research to wireframes, prototypes, and final visual design.

Responsibilities

  • Design intuitive, user-centered interfaces for the web.
  • Translate product requirements into wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes (currently using Figma).
  • Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and business stakeholders throughout the design process.
  • Balance speed and quality in a fast-paced, iterative development environment.
  • Conduct usability testing and iterate based on feedback.
  • Apply and evolve design systems and brand guidelines.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in product design or UX/UI roles.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing web design work and user-centered thinking for B2B SaaS products.
  • Proficiency in tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe CC, and prototyping tools.
  • Solid understanding of user research methods and applying insights to design.
  • Experience designing responsive interfaces across multiple devices and platforms.
  • Strong UX writing and communication skills.
  • Basic understanding of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
  • Work during Eastern Time business hours.

Soft Skills

  • Empathetic and user-driven; you design with people, not just pixels, in mind.
  • Curious, self starting and continuous learning.
  • Highly detail-oriented, with an eye for visual consistency and polish.
  • Open to feedback and eager to grow—comfortable iterating quickly.
  • Strong communicator who can explain design rationale clearly and concisely.
  • Collaborative and candid- able to engage in constructive dialogue with teammates.
  • Confident in your ideas but team-oriented in your execution.

Other

  • Ability to work effectively across multiple remote, cross-functional teams.

  • Portfolio and case studies demonstrating your design process.

  • English proficiency: B2–C1 level.

  • Nice to Have:

  • Familiarity with designing in regulated domains (tax, finance).

  • Exposure to AI/ML-powered product features or workflows
