They are currently growing their team and looking for a UX/UI Designer who can support their goals in creating user-centered, elegant, and scalable design solutions.

About the Role:

We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and collaborative UX/UI Designer who is a fully English speaker to join GlobalTeam and work with our client on elevating the design and usability of their digital products.

In this role, you will design user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI components, ensuring an exceptional experience across web and mobile platforms. You’ll collaborate with product managers, developers, and fellow designers to turn ideas into functional and beautiful interfaces. Experience in Figma and user-centered design principles is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for web and mobile
  • Create wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business goals into user-centric solutions
  • Maintain and contribute to scalable design systems
  • Conduct or support usability testing and user research activities

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, or related field (preferred)
  • Fully fluent in English (this is a non-negotiable requirement)
  • Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, and prototyping tools
  • Solid understanding of UX principles, responsive design, and accessibility
  • Experience working with design systems and cross-functional teams
  • Strong communication, visual design, and problem-solving skills

Bonus Points for:

  • Experience with tools like Miro, FigJam, or Notion
  • Familiarity with front-end basics (HTML/CSS knowledge)
  • Experience in SaaS, eCommerce, or mobile-first products
  • Knowledge of accessibility guidelines (WCAG) and inclusive design
