UX/UI Designer

In this position you will....

play a part in shaping our digital products, services and experiences across three major regions: the EU, Asia and the US. If you're passionate about creating seamless, visually appealing interfaces and fostering efficient design workflows, we'd love to have you on board!

You will be responsible for…

• Assisting in the development and upkeep of our design system, ensuring consistency across all digital products
• Supporting the design of user-friendly and visually appealing interfaces for our B2B and B2C projects
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and contribute to digital design solutions
• Helping to refine and improve design processes under guidance from senior team members
• Engaging daily with your design colleagues globally and contributing to a positive and collaborative team culture

Qualifications

You will require the following qualifications and skills

• Basic understanding of user interface (UI) design principles and visual design
• Familiarity with design systems and a desire to develop expertise in this area
• Experience with or willingness to learn digital design tools like Figma, Token Studio, Builder.io or similar
• Strong attention to detail and a passion for creating high-quality design work
• Good communication skills and proficiency in English
• A portfolio or examples of design work showcasing your potential (academic or personal projects welcome)

Nice to have

• Basic understanding of front-end development principles (e.g., HTML, CSS, React) is a plus
• Exposure to other UX capabilities such as usability testing or user research is a plus
