A minimum of five years of experience designing for in-house digital marketing teams is required. Advanced knowledge of design tools such as Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud is essential, along with strong visual design skills encompassing typography, color theory, and composition. Candidates should have a solid understanding of information architecture, user research, and testing techniques, with practical application experience. Collaborate effectively with global marketing teams, creatives, product owners, and executives to translate business requirements into meaningful interaction designs for web properties. Maintain clear and consistent communication across organizational levels to ensure alignment and project transparency. Balance creative vision with technical feasibility and deadlines, managing multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to established visual guidelines.
