Art Director

Responsibilities
- Collaborate with presentation art directors to source and organize visual assets for key meetings.
- Develop and maintain relationships with internal teams to anticipate asset needs.
- Ensure all visual materials comply with usage guidelines and have appropriate rights.
- Participate in weekly meetings to align on presentation strategies and needs.
- Assist in storyboarding and video review to enhance presentation quality.
Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Smartsheet, and SharePoint.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with asset management tools and Slack.
- Creative problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to tasks.
