We’re looking for a talented UI/UX Designer (Product Design) to join Brainstorm Force. Your role will focus on creating intuitive and user-friendly product experiences that solve real-world problems.

You’ll work closely with product managers and developers to ensure our products not only look amazing but function flawlessly.

Brainstorm Force is currently building WordPress themes, plugins, and SaaS applications. As a Web Designer, you will work with a highly talented, innovative, and passionate team known for world-class products like Astra, Spectra, Starter Templates, Ultimate Addons for Elementor, and more.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design intuitive interfaces: Create user-friendly designs for SaaS apps, web apps, WordPress plugins, and admin interfaces.
  • Collaborate with teams: Work closely with product managers, developers, and marketing teams to translate business requirements into effective product designs.
  • Develop prototypes and wireframes: Create wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes
  • Maintain design systems: Build and update design systems to ensure consistency and efficiency across all product touchpoints.
  • Implement pixel-perfect designs: Partner with developers to ensure accurate and high-quality execution of UI designs.
  • Conduct user research: Perform user testing and gather feedback to inform design decisions
  • Design core product elements: Focus on key product interfaces such as dashboards, settings, and reporting tools

What You Need to Know:

  • Proficient in Figma, Sketch, and Adobe Creative Suite for designing user interfaces and managing design assets.
  • Skilled in designing for SaaS, web apps, and complex interfaces
  • Experienced in building and maintaining design systems
  • Strong ability to create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes that effectively communicate design concepts.
  • Basic understanding of front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to better collaborate with developers.
  • Familiar with data visualization techniques, designing intuitive dashboards
  • Experienced in user testing tools and methods, validating design decisions through real user feedback.

Tools We Use:

  • Figma for UI/UX design, wireframes, prototypes, and maintaining design systems.
  • Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) for asset creation.
  • UserTesting, Maze for conducting user research and usability testing.

Bonus Points If You Also Have:

  • Experience designing SaaS products with complex workflows and user interactions.
  • Experience with WordPress, particularly designing UI/UX for plugins or admin panels.
  • Knowledge of admin interfaces, dashboards, or reporting systems.
  • Basic front-end development skills like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Understanding of data visualization and its application in user interfaces.
