UI/UX Designer (Hourly Project)

Remote Position , Short Term - From Honduras

Ryz Labs is looking for a skilled UI/UX Designer to join a dynamic technology team in the financial industry. This role involves English communication skills (speaking, writing, and reading), a high sense of urgency, and a solid understanding of digital products—especially in product, UX/UI, content design, or user research.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-depth benchmarking of fintech products, especially lending apps, in your local market
• Use, analyze, and document user journeys and product features based on a predefined framework
• Provide clear, well-structured documentation of product flows, UX patterns, and key experience insights
• Act as a local expert to help our team understand how digital financial products operate and perform in your region
• Potential to evolve into broader support roles as we design and localize products for your market

We’re looking for people who:

• Live in the market they’ll be researching (local presence is required)Have a good eye for product design and - - Have a good eye for product design and UX and can clearly communicate observations
• Can move fast, self-manage, and deliver high-quality outputs with minimal supervision
• Have experience in fintech (big plus), especially in lending (huge plus—but not required)
