Job Title: UI/UX Designer

Location: Remote

Employment Type: Full-Time (40 hours/week)

About the Role

We're looking for a talented UI/UX Designer to help shape and elevate the user experience of our digital products. You’ll play a central role in transforming ideas into engaging, accessible, and visually appealing interfaces. From wireframes to final designs, your work will guide the look and feel of features used by thousands of users.

What You’ll Do

• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups that effectively communicate design ideas
• Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to define and implement innovative solutions
• Design for responsiveness across devices and platforms
• Continuously iterate on designs based on user feedback and performance metrics
• Maintain and evolve our design system and visual language

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of experience in UI/UX design, preferably for web and mobile applications
• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar design tools
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices
• Experience conducting user research and applying insights to design
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently in a remote setting
• A portfolio showcasing relevant UI/UX design work

Nice to Have

• Experience working in Agile teams
• Knowledge of front-end development (HTML/CSS/JavaScript)
• Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG)
