TELESALES ASSOCIATE

The Telesales Staff is principally responsible for generating sales production through the active selling of Credit cards, SIP Loans, and Personal Loans by doing sales calls involving acquisition and increase in product usage for the attainment of sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Assists clients with their sales-related inquiries, requests and services
• Assesses and suggests / promotes sales solution/s based on client’s need
• Delivers the individual yearly sales targets, key result areas and key performance indicators

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree holder (any course)
• Sales and/or marketing experience is preferred but not required
• Must have good communication skills and customer service skills
• Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply
• Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other MS Office tools
