About The Role

Parametrix is seeking a Senior Graphic Designer to join our Greater Washington Marketing team. In this role, you will lead visual development for high-profile proposals, presentations, and marketing materials. As part of a team of twelve marketing professionals, you will collaborate closely with both marketing and technical staff to develop compelling visual communications that support business development and brand consistency.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in graphic design, including at least 3 years within the AEC industry
• Strong proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and Microsoft Word and PowerPoint
• Proven experience producing winning proposals and strategic marketing collateral
• Strong portfolio showcasing creative design, layout expertise, and visual storytelling
• Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and adapt to shifting priorities
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Responsibilities

• Lead visual strategy and design for proposals, qualifications, and interview materials
• Transform complex technical content into visually compelling narratives aligned with Parametrix’s brand
• Collaborate across marketing and technical teams to shape pursuit strategies
• Prioritize and manage concurrent design tasks while maintaining high-quality output
• Support the broader marketing team in strengthening visual branding initiatives
