Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute social media strategies across platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, X)
• Plan and schedule engaging content in line with brand goals and audience interests
• Analyse performance metrics and adjust content plans based on insights
• Collaborate with design and marketing teams for campaign alignment
• Monitor trends, respond to followers, and manage community engagement
• Stay up to date with social platform updates and best practices

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role
• Strong copywriting, content planning, and brand voice skills
• Proficiency with scheduling and analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Meta Business Suite)
• Ability to manage multiple platforms and campaigns independently
• Strong visual content skills – Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar tools
• Creative mindset with attention to detail
