Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute social media strategies across platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, X)
- Plan and schedule engaging content in line with brand goals and audience interests
- Analyse performance metrics and adjust content plans based on insights
- Collaborate with design and marketing teams for campaign alignment
- Monitor trends, respond to followers, and manage community engagement
- Stay up to date with social platform updates and best practices
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role
- Strong copywriting, content planning, and brand voice skills
- Proficiency with scheduling and analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Meta Business Suite)
- Ability to manage multiple platforms and campaigns independently
- Strong visual content skills – Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar tools
- Creative mindset with attention to detail
