The successful candidate should have strong social media management and marketing skills, outstanding interpersonal communication abilities, an excellent understanding of the importance of branding, discretion, and confidentiality, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Accountabilities
- Assist with the design and execution of social media campaigns on Facebook, Instagram and TikTok
- Create weekly and monthly editorial calendars to promote company brands on various social media websites
- Create and distribute content such as blogs, infographics, videos and press releases on social media and traditional news outlets
- Track social media engagement to identify high-performing ideas and campaigns for scalability
- Perform social media marketing research
- Assist on influencer campaign strategy
- Respond to comments and DMs on social media platforms
- Brainstorm and research ideas for original content
- Create compelling graphics to share across social channels
- Write social media captions that speak to the company’s target audience
- Help create and edit short-form videos
- Develop new strategies for increasing engagement
- Ensure the brand message is consistent
Qualifications And Skills
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Proven ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
- Strong social media management and marketing skills with proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud.
- Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and respond to urgent requests quickly and efficiently.
- Previous experience in the role is preferred.
