What You'll Do

You’ll be responsible for building, managing, and optimizing social media designs and strategies for a fast-growing creative agency and its diverse range of clients. From big-picture strategy to daily publishing, you’ll lead all social efforts that amplify brand stories and drive measurable impact.

Strategy & Planning

  • Develop tailored organic social media strategies for a range of healthcare clients
  • Build and maintain monthly content calendars aligned with client goals and seasonal moments
  • Audit current efforts and establish frameworks for measurable growth

Content Creation & Publishing

  • Design engaging static and video content using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, and similar tools
  • Write compelling copy for posts, captions, stories, and reels that align with each client’s voice
  • Edit short-form video content, including reels and TikToks, with light captioning and animations
  • Schedule and publish content across platforms (Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, Pinterest, etc.), ensuring consistency, quality, and timeliness
  • QA all content for spelling, grammar, and brand consistency before publishing

Community & Client Engagement

  • Monitor and engage with audience interactions in a timely, brand-appropriate manner
  • Implement and assist in affiliate and influencer programs

Analytics & Optimization

  • Track KPIs including engagement, reach, follower growth, and conversions using native tools or third-party platforms (e.g., Sprout Social)
  • Prepare monthly reports highlighting wins, learnings, and strategic recommendations
  • Identify and test platform trends, best-performing formats, and content opportunities

Qualifications

Must-Haves

  • 2-3 years of experience managing social media accounts, preferably in an agency or healthcare setting
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
  • Strong design and video editing skills (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, Opus Clip, etc.)
  • Deep familiarity with Meta (FB/IG), LinkedIn, TikTok, Pinterest, and associated scheduling/analytics tools
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Highly organized, proactive, and adaptable to shifting priorities

Bonus If You Have

  • Experience with healthcare, medspa, wellness, or regulated industries
  • Knowledge of social media creative best practices
  • Understanding of HIPAA-adjacent content guidelines
