Job Overview
We are looking for a Social Media Manager to help elevate our online presence, engage and grow our community. This role requires creativity, strategy, and a strong understanding of social media trends to grow the company's social media presence. The ideal candidate will be self-driven and capable of independently managing social media accounts and developing high-quality content across multiple platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Content Creation & Planning: Develop and plan social media content at least a month in advance for platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and YouTube.
- Community Engagement: Actively engage with our community across social media and our Circle community platform, fostering trust and relationships.
- Performance Tracking: Analyze and report on social media growth, engagement, and conversion to registry creation.
- Conversion-Driven Content: Create conversion driven contents and some are focused on sign-ups.
- Trendspotting: Stay updated on current trends, incorporating them into the social media strategy to increase engagement.
- Content Collaboration: Work with the team to ensure consistent messaging and content aligned with our brand.
- Community Content: Own and manage private Circle community (similar to Reddit) while using insights to create relevant content and address community needs.
- Tool Management: Use existing tools, or suggest new ones, to enable these responsibilities, including but not limited to Canva, Later, ManyChat and CapCut.
Requirements
- Proven experience managing social media accounts, especially Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and YouTube.
- Strong writing skills with the ability to craft engaging captions and posts.
- Strong design skills to create posts in alignment with the company's brand
- Expertise in video creation for social media platforms (Reels, TikTok).
- A good understanding of U.S. market trends and culture.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.
- Proficiency with Canva or similar design tools for creating engaging visuals.
- Ability to track, report on, and optimize social media performance.
