Position: Social Media Manager
Number of hours: 20 or 40 hours/week

Tasks required:
- Develop, curate, and schedule high-quality content for social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, Facebook, etc.).
- Maintain a consistent brand aesthetic and tone, especially in fashion/lifestyle niches.
- Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and build community engagement.
- Monitor trends in fashion, social media, and digital marketing to enhance content strategies.
- Track and report performance metrics (engagement, reach, conversions) and optimize accordingly.
- Design visually appealing posts, stories, reels, and promotional graphics using Canva.
- Create mood boards, lookbooks, and branded templates for consistency.
- Edit and enhance images/videos to align with fashion-forward aesthetics.
- Assist in creating and scheduling newsletters and promotional emails.
- Use platforms like Mailchimp, Klaviyo, or ConvertKit for basic email automation.
- Ensure email designs align with brand identity and have compelling CTAs.
- Stay updated on the latest social media trends, hashtags, and platform updates.
- Coordinate with influencers and brand partners for collaborations.
- Conduct occasional market research for audience insights.
- Other ad hoc tasks that would be assigned
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
- Strong portfolio showcasing Canva designs and social media strategies.
- An eye for fashion aesthetics, trends, and digital styling.
- Experience with Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and email marketing platforms.
- Basic knowledge of copywriting for captions, posts, and emails.
- Knowledge of video editing (CapCut, InShot, or Adobe Premiere Rush).
- Experience in influencer outreach and collaboration management.
- Understanding of basic paid ad strategies for social media.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
