Job Title: Remote Social Media Manager (100% Work From Home)

Location: Remote from Latin America

Position Type: Full-time

Salary: $2,000 USD/month

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST

Job Overview

Our client is a premium mastermind and business network for high-performing entrepreneurs and leaders. Through curated events, mastermind sessions, and top-tier content, we help their members grow both personally and professionally.

We're hiring a creative, strategic, and proactive Social Media Manager to lead content creation, audience growth, community management, and brand promotion for both the CEO's personal brand and company's channels. This role drives our online presence, podcast promotion, and event marketing across Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, X, YouTube, Threads, and more.

Responsibilities:

  • Write engaging, on-brand captions, newsletters, and posts.
  • Design graphics and edit video content (Reels, YouTube, Podcasts).
  • Manage a content calendar and post consistently. - Develop platform-specific strategies for growth and engagement.
  • Analyze performance, report on metrics, and adjust strategy.
  • Manage community engagement (DMs, comments, messages).
  • Promote the company events.
  • Manage influencer collaborations and cross-promotions. - (Optional) Set up and manage paid ad campaigns (Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube).

Qualifications, Skills, and Key Competencies:

  • Proven experience managing social media for entrepreneurs, communities, or premium brands.
  • Excellent English copywriting and storytelling skills.
  • Graphic design and video editing experience (Canva, Photoshop, basic video tools).
  • Strong understanding of platform algorithms, trends, and audience growth strategies.
  • Analytics and reporting skills (Instagram Insights, Google Analytics, etc.).
  • Self-starter: proactive, detail-oriented, organized, and adaptable.
  • Bonus: Paid ad management, SEO knowledge, event promotion experience.
