• Turn Data Into Direction by defining KPIs, crafting insightful reporting, and delivering campaign recaps that drive future strategy.
• Continuously Optimize Performance, leveraging insights, tools, and learnings to enhance efficiency, scalability, and innovation.
• Own Budget Strategy for social and influencer programs, managing planning, SOWs, invoicing, and ROI tracking with precision.
• Maximize Investment Impact by identifying opportunities for reallocation and driving efficiency through agile spend and strategic partnerships.
• Lead Social Listening and Response Strategy, monitoring brand sentiment and customer engagement while developing protocols for proactive and reactive communication.
• Mentor Teams on Best Practices using real-time insights to refine messaging, elevate tone, and ensure brand integrity across platforms.

Hiring Range Disclaimer

The base salary range represents the low and high end of the hiring range for this position. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range listed is just one component of Tanger's total compensation package for employees.

Hiring Range: $95,000- $125,000 per year
