As a Senior Persona Marketing Manager at Microsoft, you will play a critical role in developing and executing audience-led marketing strategies tailored to a portfolio of key customer personas. This role focuses on understanding persona needs, aligning marketing strategies with business priorities, and creating outcome-based messaging that resonates with target audiences in the industries they serve. By leveraging data-driven insights, you will ensure our marketing efforts are relevant, scalable, and impactful, positioning Microsoft as a trusted partner that customers proactively seek out.
In this role, you will be focused on driving and managing key marketing strategies targeted towards the following set of Personas: Chief Marketing Officer (CMO), Chief Revenue Officer (CRO), Chief Customer Service Officer (CCSO), and Chief Human Resource Officer (CHRO)

Qualifications
Required/Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Economics, Public Relations, or related field AND 3+ years integrated marketing (e.g., campaign planning and execution, digital marketing), event management, program management, marketing operations (including campaign reporting and analysis), or related work experience
OR equivalent experience.
3+ years of enterprise experience with the following: building and executing marketing strategies, audience marketing, persona development and management; analyzing and leveraging data-driven insights to optimize marketing efforts, product launches aligned to persona needs.
3+ years experience managing and expanding intergrated marketing strategies, execution, driving demand generation and pipeline acceleration within a complex (e.g., multinational or matrixed) organization.
Preferred Qualifications
Field Integrated Marketing IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $106,400 - $203,600 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $137,600 - $222,600 per year.
