(Exempt)

Company Overview: Ethos Pet Brands is the parent company of Natural Balance® and Canidae® pet brands. This Sr. Marketing Manager, Commercial Development needs to be a rock star that thrives under-pressure and craves the spotlight. This individual is responsible for developing and executing insight-driven marketing programs that accelerate our brands with key retail customers and influence purchase behavior and drive conversion across retail channels. Backed with healthy budgets for customer collaboration, the expectations and visibility are just as big.

This role bridges brand strategy, sales operations and retail execution—translating consumer and shopper insights into impactful programs that win at the shelf, online and in-store. You will collaborate cross-functionally with sales, brand, data analytics, and agency partners to grow performance in key retail accounts while driving brand equity.

A successful candidate will have an intense hunger to win, commitment to dig into the business, and understand data results. A big component of this is demonstrating an on-going bias for action and strong ability to operate in a world of ambiguity to develop recommendations and solutions that drive the business. While there is ample support and collaboration, this individual needs to deliver thought-leadership and recommendations as a starting point for others to respond to.

The Sr. Marketing Manager, Commercial Development will work remotely, and report to the VP, Commercial Development. The key responsibilities and duties of this position include, but are not limited to:
