About the Job:

We are seeking a Senior Marketing Campaign Specialist to join our marketing team. This role will assist in the development, execution, and project management of marketing campaigns that drive new customer acquisition, partner marketing, and customer engagement/upsell/cross-sell. The ideal candidate has experience planning, executing, and optimizing multi-channel campaigns while collaborating with cross-functional teams, including demand generation, content, BDR, partner and product marketing.

What you will be doing:

  • Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns focused on new customer acquisition, partner marketing, and customer engagement.
  • Manage project timelines and deliverables across campaign development, coordinating with creative, content, and demand generation teams.
  • Drive the project management of all campaign-related initiatives, including setting timelines, tracking milestones, identifying risks, and ensuring accountability across stakeholders.
  • Serve as the primary campaign project lead, ensuring each initiative moves from concept to completion smoothly and efficiently.
  • Develop campaign assets, including landing pages, email sequences, paid media content, and lead nurturing workflows.
  • Ensure alignment between marketing and sales, helping to create seamless lead handoff and follow-up processes.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, leveraging key metrics to optimize effectiveness and ROI.
  • Collaborate with external partners and agencies to develop co-marketing programs and joint campaigns.
  • Support A/B testing and ongoing optimization of emails, ads, and landing pages to improve engagement and conversion rates.
  • Work with marketing automation tools to build and execute campaigns, segment audiences, and track results.
  • Ensure campaign consistency and brand alignment across all channels

Must Haves:

  • Strong project management skills, with experience using project management software like Asana or Monday.com.
  • Proven ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder projects with tight timelines, competing priorities, and cross-functional teams.
  • Demonstrated experience building and maintaining campaign project plans, status reports, and stakeholder communications.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in marketing campaign management, preferably within a B2B or SaaS environment.
  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation and CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar).
  • Experience in lead nurturing and funnel-based marketing campaigns, including email marketing, paid media, and content marketing.
  • Ability to analyze campaign data and performance metrics to drive improvements.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience working cross-functionally.
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously, meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
