Responsibilities

  • Create visually appealing graphics for various platforms, including websites, social media, and print materials.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute design concepts that align with our brand strategy.
  • Produce high-quality design work under tight deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and tools to ensure our visuals are fresh and innovative.
  • Work on multiple projects simultaneously, managing your time effectively to meet deadlines.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas to enhance our visual content.
  • Ensure all designs are consistent with our brand guidelines and maintain a cohesive look and feel across all materials.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
  • Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Excellent understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with team members.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • A degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field is preferred but not required.

Activities You Will Oversee:

  • Client Nurturing: Cultivate relationships with clients to continuously assess their needs for the Account Management team. Utilize our CRM to manage outreach and track all pertinent information.
  • Project Management: Manage multiple clients simultaneously across various client segments. 
  • Collaboration: Host presentations and solutions demonstrations expertly. Work closely with internal teams to ensure alignment and successful execution of client projects. Collaborate regularly with Marketing, Technology, and Account Management teams.
  • Platform Management: Support the implementation and management of various platforms such as DAM (Digital Asset Management). Ensure design integrity and proper delivery.

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Experience at a Marketing Agency, Motion Graphics Design, VFX or related field.
  • Certifications in related fields are a plus
  • Working with North American clients
  • Google Workspace, HubSpot, ClickUp, Shopify, WordPress, Mailchimp, Yotpo, Framer, Webflow, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Canva
