HighMinded Agency is seeking a Senior Graphic Designer to lead visual design efforts across apparel, lifestyle, and brand storytelling. This role involves designing limited-edition apparel capsules, packaging systems, and digital content for diverse platforms.

We’re looking for a designer with experience in fashion or lifestyle brands, comfortable managing multiple projects, and confident using AI tools like ChatGPT and Midjourney to elevate creative processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead high-quality graphic design across brand formats and platforms.
• Design limited-edition apparel capsules aligned with brand identity.
• Collaborate with Art Directors and clients to ensure cohesive storytelling.
• Align with Creative Directors on agency-wide visual standards.
• Deliver print files, tech packs, mockups, branding assets, and visuals.
• Develop packaging and lifestyle branding for product launches.
• Design content for social media, campaigns, and digital platforms.
• Stay current on design trends in fashion and lifestyle.
• Manage timelines and resources across multiple projects.
• Apply AI tools to boost efficiency and creativity.
• Mentor junior designers and uphold design quality.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in graphic design (fashion, lifestyle, or CPG preferred).
• Portfolio showcasing apparel, branding, packaging, and digital content.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (especially Illustrator and Photoshop).
• Strong understanding of garment construction and printing processes.
• Experience using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Midjourney) to support design work.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.
• Highly detail-oriented and creatively driven.
