Summary:
The Sr Associate Brand Manager (Sr ABM) will have primary responsibility of delivering the 3Y Vision and Strategic Plan for the Pretzels portfolio, including the fast-growing $500M Dot’s brand and new platforms. Working for the Senior Director of the Pretzels Portfolio , the Sr ABM will identify opportunities and lead commercialization of ideas supporting business objectives. This role requires leading internal, cross-functional teams as well as external agencies to deliver end-to-end commercialization of projects ensuring brand objectives and financial goals are delivered.
Individuals must have strong analytical capabilities and the ability to translate analytical and market insights into clear strategies for delivering 3Y objectives for Pretzels portfolio. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with an emphasis on building strategy and insights as well as cross-functional collaboration and teamwork.
Responsibilities:
Cross-Functional Collaboration & Leadership: Lead and collaborate with cross-functional team of R&D, finance, operations/supply chain, external agency partners and marketing teams to deliver Dot’s brand-led initiatives. Contribute to a culture of brand building across the broader team.
Analysis & Insights: Develop insights from analysis of market data, competitor intelligence, and consumer research to identify opportunities and risks toward delivery of Dot’s business objectives.
Strategy Development & Communication: Translate insights into actionable strategies to mitigate risk and drive profitable growth across the full marketing mix in order to deliver Dot’s 3Y business objectives. Communicate strategies to Sr Leadership to gain alignment toward execution of key initiatives.
Project Commercialization: Lead commercialization of brand-led projects through stage gate process, from idea to launch. Partner with agencies, cross-functional partners, and key senior stakeholders to ensure communication of project updates and changes. Demonstrate the ability to manage projects on time and in line with financial goals.
