🔍 What You’ll Do
- Manage the complete sales process—from inbound lead qualification to closing
- Build and execute outbound strategies to generate new opportunities
- Lead discovery calls and deliver tailored, value-based sales presentations
- Guide franchise candidates and small business owners through informed decisions
- Maintain a clean, well-documented pipeline using HubSpot (or similar CRM)
- Partner with leadership to optimize messaging, positioning, and overall sales process
- Surface customer objections and market insights to enhance strategy and execution
- Contribute to team culture by mentoring junior reps and sharing best practices
✅ What We’re Looking For
- 2–3+ years in full-cycle sales, ideally in B2C, healthcare, or service-based industries
- Proven ability to close mid-to-high-ticket deals with decision-makers and business owners
- Excellent communication and consultative selling skills
- Organized and disciplined pipeline management habits
- Proficiency in CRM tools like HubSpot or Salesforce
