🔹 Eligibility Criteria

📌 Freshers or early graduates with a passion for Python development

📌 Basic understanding of:

- Python syntax & data structures

- Django (fundamentals)

- Databases (SQL)

- REST APIs

📌 Familiarity with Git/GitHub is an added advantage

🔹 Roles & Responsibilities

- Write clean, efficient Python code under mentor supervision

- Develop and maintain web apps using Django and Django ORM

- Work with databases and assist in schema design

- Integrate and test RESTful APIs

- Debug issues, write unit tests, and improve legacy code

- Collaborate using Git and participate in code reviews

- Contribute to deployment tasks and follow best practices

- Communicate with mentors and report weekly progress

- Learn continuously and document your code and processes
