World Vision is hiring a Project Administrator to serve within the Transformational Engagement division.

Location: Remote within the U.S.

Required Experience: Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (eight years)

Work Authorization:   Must be authorized to work in the U.S.A. for any employer.

Estimated Salary Range: $56,200-$84,300

Full salary range for this role: $59,000-$70,200

The Job

Manage projects on behalf of division, establishing priorities for complete project life-cycle including the planning, design, testing and implementation of projects designed to meet requirements of business clients. Assist Project Team Leader in overseeing the master project schedule, and tracking project milestones to ensure they are effectively completed through the work of others or by performing the required work activities. Help carry out our Christian organization’s mission, vision, and strategies. Personify the ministry of World Vision by witnessing to Christ and ministering to others through life, deed, word and sign.

Responsibilities Will Include

Keep Christ central in our individual and corporate lives. Attend and participate in the leadership of devotions, weekly Chapel services and regular prayer.

Responsible for the outcome of projects with varying size and scope that may have designated budgets. Oversee the entire project life cycle including the planning, design and testing and project implementation

Confirm client needs and project goals

Assist Project Team Leader in developing project master schedule, negotiating with external contractors and WVUS staff and leadership regarding resource availability and timelines.

Manage resources required for the success of the project.

Manage project related work efforts of contractors and internal WVUS staff members.

Work collaboratively with team members when assigned to work as part of a team.

Provide reporting on project progress to management and clients, ensuring any changes to schedule, resources and risks are communicated in a timely way.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Keep informed of organizational announcements, activities and changes via regular reading of the WVUS Intranet and other corporate communication tools.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (eight years). In addition to education or education equivalent, requires 1-2 years previous work experience managing schedules and coordinating resources and people for large projects. May require specific experience, knowledge, and skills in department/division related work.
