Job Description
Team Overview
The Market Research team supports the qualitative and quantitative market research function at Norstella. The team ensures the derivation of valuable and actionable insights and strategy via data analysis to facilitate the delivery of the highest quality deliverables to pharmaceutical clients. We focus on understanding healthcare provider behaviors, trends, and needs through extensive analysis of existing data sources. Our team collaborates closely with partners at The Dedham Group to ensure that our research aligns with organizational objectives and meets the evolving needs of our clients. Within this team, Market Research Analyst conducts secondary research focused on healthcare provider organizations, gathering, analyzing, and synthesizing data to offer critical insights that drive strategic decision-making. Through rigorous data analysis, we support key initiatives in healthcare provider segmentation, service optimization, and market assessment, ultimately helping stakeholders make informed decisions in an increasingly complex healthcare environment.
Position Description
As an Analyst, Advisory & Insights, your role will primarily focus on developing fact packs to support strategic consulting projects in oncology and specialty therapeutics. The ideal candidate will possess strong secondary research skills, an interest in healthcare and pharmaceuticals, and the ability to synthesize complex information into clear, client-ready materials. As a detail-oriented and proactive Analyst, you will ensure quality control (QC) and finalization of secondary research deliverables, maintaining high-quality standards.
