We’re on the lookout for a passionate marketing professional to become a key player in our dynamic marketing team In this exciting new role, you’ll dive into the planning, execution, and daily management of a variety of marketing initiatives for our dynamic brands, including NFL FLAG, NHL STREET, and the Rivals Camp Series, among others. To succeed in this position, you will need to work collaboratively with the RCX Marketing team, brand partners, and internal staff to ensure alignment with the annual initiatives of the marketing department.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for Marketing within the RCX Sports programs, facilitating strong relationships between programs and internal departments.
  • Support the development and implementation of various marketing initiatives, including experiential, brand, and digital programs, ensuring alignment with internal and external goals.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing, Program Management, League Success, and League Growth teams to create and execute effective campaigns for RCX Sports programs.
  • Assist the Senior Marketing Manager for Events Programs in developing new marketing timelines and ensuring alignment with overall marketing department initiatives.
  • Help maintain and optimize the brand approval process for both internal and external partners, ensuring consistency and quality in branding efforts.
  • Conduct research on marketing trends and analyze new opportunities for enhancement within RCX Sports properties.
  • Regularly evaluate the performance of marketing campaigns, making recommendations for adjustments and improvements as necessary.
  • Assis the Senior Marketing Manager with adhering to marketing budgets across mulitple RCX Sports properties, ensuring effective allocation of resources.

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Sports Management (or related field) from an accredited college or university
  • 1-2 years of prior experience in event marketing including planning, coordination, setup, and/or operation of marketing events
  • Prior marketing experience in collegiate or professional sports environment preferred
  • Critical thinking under pressure with demonstrated experience in processing complex and cross-functional tasks across multiple systems, timelines, and budgets
  • Creative and innovative mindset with demonstrated ability to quickly improvise, see alternatives and provide solutions
  • Excellent communication (written and verbal) skills and ability to build authentic, collaborative relationships with internal and external partners
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to remain organize and manage time effectively

More about the role:

  • Travel: This role is expected to travel up to 15% of the time
  • Work Schedule: Full-Time (40-45 hours per week) M-F, some nights and weekends
  • Location: Hybrid – We anticipate this role to involve a combination of remote work from home and on-site work at the RCX Sports office, located in either Roswell, GA, or Sylvan Lake, MI, based on the candidate's preference.   • Reports to: Sr. Marketing Manager – Events & Programs
  • Compensation: Starting salary range $50,000/year-$53,000/year, salaried exempt, paid semi-monthly. Our pay grades are determined by role, level, location, and alignment with market data. This position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus & benefits including: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Disability, 401(k), Paid Parental Leave, Unlimited PTO, Monthly Wellness expense Reimbursment and additional voluntary benefits.
