Job Description Summary

The Product Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing product marketing plans for the X-ray portfolio of products, ensuring successful New Product Introductions (NPIs), and providing essential sales support. Working cross-functionally with sales, product management, and global stakeholders, this role will provide marketing support rooted in customer insights, market trends, competitive analysis, and commercial objectives. This role has independence in achieving commercial objectives within marketing budgets and operating guidelines.

Responsibilities

Job Description

  • Develop and execute the marketing strategy for the US and Canada X-ray business, including identifying market trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning.
  • Drive brand/product awareness and ensure consistent messaging and positioning across all marketing channels.
  • Lead the marketing efforts for product launches, including developing go-to-market plans, implementing sales training, and promotional materials.
  • Collaborate with Global, Sales, Product, Creative, and Regulatory teams to ensure alignment of marketing strategies with business goals and regulatory guidelines.
  • Conduct market research and analyze customer feedback, competitor activities, and market dynamics to inform strategic decisions and adjust marketing tactics.
  • Oversee the creation and execution of marketing campaigns, including digital, print, virtual sales, and event-based marketing to drive customer engagement and product adoption.
  • Collaborate with the Customer Acquisition and Digital Marketing team to plan and manage targeted digital marketing campaigns (e.g., SEO, SEM, paid social) to enhance product visibility and drive lead generation.
  • Work closely with Global teams to ensure developed sales collateral addresses the voice of the US and Canada customer and meets the needs of the sales team.
  • Provide marketing support to the sales team, ensuring they have the tools, resources, and training necessary to successfully promote and sell X-ray products.
  • Manage the marketing budget ensuring efficient use of resources while maximizing ROI on marketing initiatives.
  • Track and report on key performance metrics related to product marketing, NPI launches, and sales enablement initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 2+ years of marketing experience in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or medical device industry, with a strong understanding of diagnostic imaging products.
  • Proven track record of successfully launching and managing marketing campaigns.
  • Deep understanding of digital marketing channels, targeting, and capabilities.
  • Strong knowledge of the healthcare industry and customer needs.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to create persuasive marketing materials and presentations.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to drive decision-making and strategy.
  • Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional, collaborative environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Willingness to travel as required for customer meetings and conferences.

For U.S. based positions only, the pay range for this position is $84,800.00-$127,200.00 Annual. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the pay range and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including skills, qualifications, experience and location. In addition, this position may also be eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI).
