Product Marketing Manager
Role Overview
Blueshift is looking for a strategic and execution-focused Product Marketing Manager (PMM) to drive go-to-market (GTM) strategies and marketing execution across our suite of products. In this role, you will develop and execute marketing strategies that drive adoption, engagement, and awareness.
This position is located in Canada.
Specifically, this role will require translating customer insight into action, cross-functional elegance mixed with hands-on execution, clear and compelling communication, creativity, and a genuine passion for Blueshift's mission and products. Specifically, this role requires wearing many hats to identify and build solutions that grow customer and prospective customer engagement. You'll drive an effective product marketing strategy, including understanding customer needs, translating user and market research into actionable insights for Product, Sales, and Marketing, arming our Sales team with relevant tools and training, and creating content and programs to nurture existing customers and drive new customer interest.
As a generalist PMM, you will work across multiple product lines, collaborating closely with product, marketing, and ecosystem teams. While this role is broad in scope, experience in MarTech, CDP, and/or AI is highly preferred. This role will report to the Head of Marketing at Blueshift.
What You Will Do And Achieve
- Research and articulate customer needs and translate findings into actionable insights for the Sales, Product, and Marketing functions.
- Drive product and feature launches that position Blueshift as a category leader, engage existing customers, and drive new qualified leads
- Drive customer and prospective customer engagement with sales and success enablement materials, marketing collateral, and marketing programs that span discovery, consideration, purchase, usage, and advocacy
- Lead AI Messaging & Positioning: Define and refine the AI narrative for AI in marketing, articulating how our solutions leverage AI to enhance productivity and results.
- Develop GTM Strategies: Build and execute comprehensive GTM plans that educate the market, enable sales, and drive awareness of our integrated suite of products.
- Drive Thought Leadership: Establish our company as a leader in AI-driven customer engagement through executive content, blogs, whitepapers, speaking engagements, and industry events.
- Market & Competitive Intelligence: Analyze industry trends, competitor positioning, and customer needs to inform strategic messaging and market differentiation.
- Sales & Field Enablement: Create compelling messaging frameworks, sales decks, and training programs to equip internal teams with a clear and differentiated AI story.
- Measure & Optimize Impact: Define success metrics for messaging and GTM initiatives, track performance, and refine strategies for maximum impact.
Who You Are
- BA/BS in business, marketing, liberal arts, or related degree
- 3-5 years of B2B SaaS product marketing experience
- Action-oriented self-starter with a love of making people and companies more effective, an eagerness to learn the ins and outs of how a product works, and a growth mindset driving you to roll up your sleeves to make things happen
- Passionate about Blueshift's mission and product and representing our customers' needs

- Excellent communication— both written and verbal— with experience simplifying concepts, influencing stakeholders, and creating compelling messaging and content for external audiences
