Role Overview

The Product Executive plays a critical role in managing the end-to-end journey of a product from conceptualization to commercialization. This role bridges strategy and execution by supporting product development, market research, promotional planning, and coordination with internal teams to ensure product success in a competitive market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Product Strategy & Market Insights
  • Assist in formulating product strategies based on current trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs.
  • Conduct in-depth market research, customer segmentation, and competitor analysis.
  • Identify new opportunities for product expansion or repositioning.
  • Marketing Content & Promotional Planning
  • Collaborate with the clinical/medical team to create brochures, flyers, visual aids, digital assets, and campaign content.
  • Coordinate with agency for timely development of promotional material.
  • Support the execution of marketing campaigns (print, digital, on-ground) across geographies.
  • Sales Enablement & Training Support
  • Create training presentations, product monographs, FAQs, and objection-handling tools for the sales team.
  • Work closely with field teams to understand their challenges and develop support tools accordingly.
  • Organize and support sales team meetings, product launches, and customer engagement activities.
  • Train sales team on usage of promotional material
  • Min 5 days of field work with interaction with KOLs and KBLs.
  • Product Performance Tracking
  • Monitor KPIs such as sales volume, market share, and campaign effectiveness.
  • Maintain dashboards and reports for review.
  • Gather feedback from customers and field teams to support continuous product improvement.
  • Operational Support
  • Maintain accurate product documentation, data sheets, and marketing collaterals.
  • Track inventory of promotional materials and coordinate courier dispatches as needed.
  • Help manage vendor relationships, budget tracking, PO generation and invoice processing.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelors or masters degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Marketing, or Business
  • 13 years of experience in product management, brand management, or sales/marketing coordination
  • Strong communication and coordination skills
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Proficiency in MS PowerPoint, Excel, and marketing tools
