Role Overview:

We are looking for a Product Designer to join our team and help create intuitive, visually appealing, and user-friendly digital experiences. This role is ideal for candidates with 0-2 years of experience who are passionate about UX/UI design, user research, and design systems**.**

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in designing user interfaces and experiences for web and mobile applications.
  • Conduct user research, gather feedback, and translate insights into design improvements.
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe.
  • Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure seamless design implementation.
  • Contribute to and maintain design systems for consistency across products.
  • Iterate on designs based on usability testing and analytics.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and best practices.

Required Skills:

  • Basic knowledge of UI/UX principles and human-centered design.
  • Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar design tools.
  • Ability to create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups.
  • Understanding of user research methodologies.
  • Strong attention to detail and a good eye for aesthetics.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS (bonus but not required).

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with usability testing and gathering user feedback.
  • Familiarity with design systems and accessibility guidelines (WCAG).
  • Basic knowledge of motion design or micro-interactions (e.g., After Effects, Principle).
  • Interest in working with developers and product managers to refine designs.

Educational Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Graphic Design, or a related field.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing UX/UI design work (personal projects, internships, or freelance work welcome).
