Key Responsibilities

• Design pixel-perfect, visually polished user interfaces for desktop and mobile experiences using Figma;
• Translate business requirements and ideas into clear user flows, wireframes, and functional design solutions;
• Iterate rapidly on existing designs, conducting updates based on feedback and changing priorities;
• Collaborate cross-functionally with the customer's team members to implement user-centered solutions;
• Ensure all deliverables maintain a high standard of usability, accessibility, and responsive design;
• Contribute to design system evolution and best practices within the team;
• Clearly articulate design concepts both in writing and verbally to stakeholders;

Required Skills and Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional experience in UI/UX design with a strong, visually appealing portfolio;
• Advanced proficiency with Figma and a proven ability to create clean, scalable designs;
• Deep understanding of UI/UX best practices and principles;
• Demonstrated experience designing for responsive web and mobile applications;
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen attention to detail;
• Quick to learn new tools, systems, and processes in a fast-paced environment;
• Strong collaboration skills and comfort working within a fully remote team;

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience contributing to or creating design systems;
• Background in agile product teams or multi-disciplinary environments;
• Motion design or prototyping skills considered a plus;
