Responsibilities and Assignments
- Lead or participate in discovery processes to understand problems and opportunities
- Translate user needs and business requirements into clear, accessible, and intuitive journeys and interfaces
- Build, maintain, and evolve flows and interfaces based on best practices and consistency
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Design, and other cross-functional teams
- Apply and enhance the design system according to product challenges
- Track delivery results with a focus on performance metrics and impact
- Validate hypotheses through user testing and analysis of qualitative and quantitative data
- Deeply understand the customer journey and usage flows within your scope
- Monitor and act on key product KPIs
- Implement, monitor, and analyze experience metrics
- Master user behavioral data to support decision-making
- Share learnings and continuously generate knowledge about user behavior

- Ability to articulate the value of design, clearly communicating the rationale behind decisions
- Autonomy to navigate across disciplines and get things done
- Proactivity and drive to seek information and reduce uncertainty
- Commitment and active participation in team and department routines
- Strong knowledge of UX and UI principles and practices
- Ability to conduct usability testing and user research
- Analytical skills to interpret data and incorporate it into decision-making
- Product and service thinking, going beyond the interface to consider context, market, business rules, and strategic goals
Differential Qualifications (Nice-to-Have):
- Experience with high-traffic products
- Experience in the entertainment industry
- Case studies focused on results and impact
- Intermediate English (ability to participate in conversations)
