Who We Are

NeuroFlow CEO and West Point graduate Christopher Molaro served in the army for five years, including a tour in Iraq as a platoon leader. Coming back home, he experienced firsthand the gaps in the behavioral health system and how veterans and civilians alike face too many barriers when it comes to receiving appropriate, timely care.

While pursuing his MBA at Wharton, Chris met his future co-founder Adam Pardes, and the two agreed – even the most engaging digital mental health apps in the world wouldn't truly change the problem; only a solution that systematically integrated behavioral health into the full healthcare ecosystem could create meaningful change. And so they created NeuroFlow.

What We Do:

We pride ourselves on partnering with healthcare leaders to assist in driving better outcomes, lowering total cost of care, and making behavioral health risk more predictable and transparent. NeuroFlow exists to make sure no one who needs behavioral health support falls through the cracks.

We build more than just engaging digital health tools for self-care: we create platforms that identify population behavioral health risk early, engage individuals with acuity-specific resources, and enable care teams to make smarter and more efficient decisions. Together, NeuroFlow's solutions arm healthcare organizations with the insights they need to overcome the systemic challenges in today's healthcare ecosystem.

How We Do It:

The award-winning culture at NeuroFlow is one built around encouragement and daring to be great. Our core values have been displayed in our office since day one, and each team member is responsible for carrying out these values and keeping each other accountable to them. We succeed through our flexibility and agility, navigating and transforming an industry ripe for change where "no" or "can't" is too often the default. NeuroFlow offers unique opportunities to work in a fun and challenging fast-paced environment with direct, meaningful impact on helping to close the divide between mental and physical health.

The Role:

We are seeking a motivated Product Designer for a 6-month contract role within our growing design team. We are looking for someone to join our team who is passionate about crafting creative solutions that make a real impact, while keeping the user at the center of your design process. You would have the opportunity to play a role in advancing our platform, and contribute to scaling our design thinking, best practices and ever-evolving design system. You would be a core part of the team throughout the design process from inception to developer handoff and beyond.

What You'll Do:

  • Design detailed workflow solutions for web and mobile, while integrating the latest design best practices
  • Design projects across the entire product lifecycle and multiple product launches. You will craft personas, journey maps, user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and development-ready specs
  • Conduct UX research initiatives using both qualitative and quantitative methods with some oversight, often recommending when to apply specific methods. Apply analysis to feature work.
  • Produce multiple concepts and prototypes; knowing when to apply pixel-perfect attention to detail, and when to make low-fi sketches and prototypes
  • Continuously iterate on designed solutions, and be comfortable releasing pieces of the product (minimum viable products), testing hypotheses, and gathering both quantitative and qualitative feedback to further inform design decisions.
  • Demonstrate empathy and develop an accurate understanding of the NeuroFlow users, while creating solutions that meet business needs
  • Give feedback on solutions throughout the design process to your team
  • Work with counterparts, cross-functionally looking for process improvement opportunities
  • Present your design proposals to cross-functional teams
  • Stay current with industry trends, market conditions and the latest design patterns
  • Add to the NeuroFlow culture by creating solutions, look for efficiencies and share them with the design team and broader community

Who You Are:

  • 3+ years of product design experience in healthcare SaaS environments (EHR/EMR preferred), with a strong portfolio demonstrating elegant solutions to complex problems
  • Proficient with essential tools (Figma, design systems, Jira) and experienced in both consumer-facing and internal applications
  • Bachelor's degree preferred with startup/agency background valued
  • Mission-driven professional who balances autonomy with collaboration, taking calculated risks while remaining accountable
  • Communicative team player who values diverse perspectives, engages in constructive debate, and continuously pursues professional growth
