Responsibilities

  • Monitor, analyze, and optimize the performance of organic and paid advertising campaigns (SEO, SEM, Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, E-Commerce Ads, etc.).
  • Track and measure key performance metrics (CPV, CPM, CPE, CPC, CPA, CTR, ROAS, etc.) in regular basis (daily,weekly, etc) to evaluate marketing strategy effectiveness and ensure alignment with campaign goals.
  • Generate reports and dashboards to visualize campaign performance and trends using tools like Google Analytics, Power BI, or Looker Studio.
  • Conduct A/B testing and other performance experiments to improve campaign efficiency.
  • Assist in media planning, budget allocation, and forecasting both organic and paid campaigns.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor strategies, and emerging ad formats to enhance performance strategies.
  • Work closely with strategist and creative teams to test and optimize strategy ideation / creative creation for better campaign performance.
  • Ensure accurate and efficient tracking and attribution campaigns using related 3rd party analytics tools.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing and Communication or a related field.
  • Min. has 2 years experience in performance marketing, digital advertising, or related roles. Portfolio-based verification.
  • Advanced proficiency in paid media platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, etc.). Certification is an advantage.
  • Advance in basic social media analytics (Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, Youtube, etc.) and SEO
  • Proficiency in storytelling, data presentation (in Bahasa Indonesia and fluent English), and must possess strong teamwork skills & proactive collaboration.
  • Strong expertise in digital marketing metrics, KPIs, and benchmarks as a foundation for analysis, data interpretation, insight-driven action plan recommendations, and agile problem-solving.
  • Proficiency in data analytics tools (Google Sheet, Google Analytics, Power BI, Looker Studio, etc incl. visualization Google Slide, Tableau).
  • Technical knowledge of A/B testing methodologies and agile optimization.
  • Detail-oriented and being able to communicate the analytical things, can do attitude and team player.
